Our trained bilingual customer service staff will work with you with speed and diligence, to service you in English or Spanish.

Our minimum order is $150.00 for delivery and $75.00 for pick-up or shipment by UPS or Common Carrier.

Customer Service Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

If your order is received before 3:30 pm it can be delivered the next delivery day by request, based on the delivery service schedule.

While visiting our website, you can click onsales@gtiindustries.com and e-mail your order. Our online catalog lists hundreds of items stocked in our warehouse, ready for immediate delivery. In addition, we fulfill customer requests for non-stock, special order products. Find any item you need, request a quotation and we will respond immediately

Credit Card Payments

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Make your payment process simple by authorizing payment for your purchase by Credit card, or file a continuing authorization form with us for automatic credit card processing of your purchases. Click on Credit Application, scroll down to complete your Credit Card Authorization for Payment form and fax it to us at (305) 688-3204. In addition, customers set up for GTI's Online Ordering can click our Online Ordering button to make credit card payments for balances due on their account. Credit card payments must be made within 10 days of invoice date or an additional 5% service fee will be invoiced and charged if payment is made by credit card after 10 days from the invoice date.

Open Accounts

We offer Net 30 days with approved credit. We ask that new customers fill out a credit application and supply a signed copy of the company Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13 or DR-14). Without this certificate, Florida Sales taxes will be added to the invoice, where applicable.
