ONLINE ORDERING

Our online ordering is an invaluable tool whereby our customers can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of the features of ONLINE ORDERING that benefit our customers are your ability to:
• Obtain a User ID and password to access information on your account.
• Create an online purchase order in the morning, add to it in the afternoon and place it at the end of the day.
• View our order planner which provides you with information about all of the items that you have previously purchased from us.
• Set up a standard order template of items for placing recurring purchase orders.
• Browse our OnLine Catalog and request quotes or add items to your purchase orders.
• Automatically receive an e-mail confirmation from GTI once your order is placed.
• Access your open account balance, with the option to pay by credit card, once approved.
• Request copies of duplicate invoices or delivery tickets.

SHOP FROM OUR ONLINE CATALOG

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can access our online catalog. It provides a fast and effective method to seek information about our products and purchase them online. Select a category to find an item from our catalog or use our "Search for an Item" feature. Locate an item that you need, request a quotation and we'll reply by e-mail right away.


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
You can contact us to authorize each transaction or file an authorization form with us for automatic credit card processing of your purchases.

Click on Credit Application, scroll down to complete your Credit Card Authorization for Payment form and fax it to us at (305)688-3204. In addition, customers set up for GTI's Online Ordering can click our Online Ordering button to make credit card payments for balances due on their account. Credit card payments must be made within 10 days of invoice date or an additional 5% service fee will be invoiced and charged if payment is made by credit card after 10 days from the invoice date.


SERVICE DEPARTMENT

GTI services and supports industrial packaging equipment. Our ability to provide special service arrangements distinguishes our Service Department.


EXPORT DEPARTMENT

JUST IN TIME DELIVERY

We offer just in time delivery on both special order and stock items. In addition, our special "Hold and Bill" policy is an added advantage to our customers. No more need for you to spend a lot of money on huge purchases and absorb additional storage costs. Instead of accepting big, one-time shipments of full orders, GTI will make partial shipments to you as needed. You will retain "big order" discounts, yet only pay for goods as received, so you don't buy inventory early when you don't need it. Just-in-time availability of products which meet your specific needs may help you reduce your total purchasing costs and avoid stressful delays. Our "Hold and Bill" policy allows customers to maintain lower inventories, thereby reducing capital investments as well as storage costs. As a result, our customers save money and space. VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY PROGRAM (VMI)

The concept of this program is that GTI owns the responsibility to deliver the right product of the right quality to the right place at the right time. VMI arrangements involve the sharing of production or demand information between GTI and you, our customer. An authorized GTI representative will visit you as often as necessary to check your inventory levels, create a program catered to your needs and schedule your deliveries on time, making sure you have the supplies when you need them.
